Tooth friendly Fresh crispy veggie salad

Snack time is the most crucial time, as unhealthy snacking can be the worst enemy for our teeth. Here is a healthy treat for the munching time

1 slice bread

¼ cup baked baby corns

½ tomato

¼ cup fresh sprouts

¼ cup fried peanuts

¼ cup almond,cashew & walnut

Salt and Pepper

Lime juice


Cut the crust of the bread away and make small cubes of bread pieces. Put a tsp of oil in a frying pan and sauté the bread till it is golden brown and crispy. Keep away the bread cubes, Deseed the tomatoes and make small cubes. Crush peanuts, almonds, cashews and walnuts. In a bowl put the bread cubes, tomato cubes, sprouts, corn and the crushed nuts and gently sauté. Add salt and pepper to taste. Serve with a splash of lime juice and honey.
